Stopping the text offers

Three ways off, and all of them work at once

No reason is asked for and none is needed. Coming off the list changes nothing about your prices, your orders or your returns.

  • Reply with STOP to any message. The quickest, and the carriers honour it themselves. Reply with HELP instead and our details come back to you.
  • Use the form beside this. The number is marked off the moment you send it.
  • Email info@fruitprobe.com with the number and we do it during Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm Central.

Removal form

The US mobile number that has been getting the messages.

Ten digits. Such as (630) 555-0143

A message already handed to the carrier may still arrive shortly after. Nothing new follows once the removal is recorded.

SenderTHE FRUITFUL YIELD INC
ContentMarketing only: weekly in-store offers and news about new stock. Nothing else runs on it.
FrequencyUp to 2 messages per week; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Never sent by textReceipts, order confirmations, collection notices and tracking. Those always go to your email address.
SharingNo mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ConsentNever a condition of any purchase, so withdrawing it costs you nothing.

Does stopping change anything else?

  • Prices, no. There has never been a rate that depended on taking messages.
  • Orders, no. Anything already placed ships as before, with email updates as before.
  • Returns, no. The 30-day window is untouched.
  • The counter, no. info@fruitprobe.com answers you exactly as it did.

Can I come back later?

Yes, and removal is not meant to be permanent. Add the number again from the front page or the ask us page and the record restarts with a fresh consent date.

We will not do it on your behalf, and we do not treat an old consent as still standing. A number that came off stays off until its owner asks otherwise.
